Help on the Zone Online Directory
Username and Password
The online Zone Directory is password protected. It is published solely for the use of Rotary Past Officers in Zones 23 and 24. Its use as a commercial mailing list or giving access to non-rotarians is strictly prohibited. If you do not know the username and password, and you are authorized to access the directory, send us an email at directory@RotaryZone2324.org and we will send you this information.

Updates
If you notice that some information is wrong or missing you can send us a directory update change request by clicking the "Edit" icon, on the right of somebody's name: . Update the information and click the "Save" button. This change request will be sent to us, and we will soon validate it and update the database accordingly. Note that you can submit change requests for somebody else if necessary.
Additions
If you notice that somebody is missing in the online directory, send us an email at directory@RotaryZone2324.org with the necessary information.
Pictures
If your picture is not in the Directory, or if you would like to change the current picture, you can send a picture to directory@RotaryZone2324.org. Any JPG or GIF picture will do, but if you know how to edit pictures, here are the real specifications: JPG picture, width = 80 pixels, height = 100 pixels. Electronic pictures must be exactly 80 by 100 or they will be distorted when displayed (you need to do a combination of resizing and cropping to make them exactly 80 by 100). Pictures can be color or black and white. If you do not have a picture in electronic format, you can send a print by regular mail, we will scan it for you.
